Andrea Dietz is the Clinical Operations Officer for Urology of Central PA, a urology parctice with an integrated care model to include clinical and pathology labs, CT imaging and raditaion therapy at their Prostate Cancer Center. She chose her current field “to help people and make a difference for patients, employees, physicians and the communities” her business serves.

Andrea says that the Chamber inspires businesses for her by “having other members sincerely wanting to help her and her business be successful,” in addition to “helping open new opportunities” for her and her business to grow.  The most helpful chamber tools Andrea utilizes are the Directory, Business News, and Educational Seminars.  If you have ever been to a Chamber mixer, you most likely have met Andrea who attends often to enjoy the “fun, relaxed atmosphere that fosters great networking opportunities”.

In addition to being on the Board of Directors, Andrea serves on the Chamber’s Women in Business Roundtable, Transportation, Strategic Planning, Public Relation & Marketing, Program, Personnel & HR, Membership Mentor, Health Care / Health Insurance, Governmental Affairs and Business & Industry Night Committees.  She serves on all of them because she enjoys the chance to “share areas of interest or expertise in addition to learning more about topics while actively participating in something to make our Chamber better”.  As a board member, Andrea looks forward to “working toward strategic goals to take our chamber to the next level by providing value adds for Chamber members, increasing membership and helping to implement revenue enhancements to strengthen the Chamber and position for a better future”.
