Vice Chair of Governmental Affairs Senior Vice President of Administration The Warrell Corporation Kevin is actively involved in a number of Chamber committees including the Health & Insurance, Military Liaison, Personnel and Strategic Planning Committees and he chairs the Legislative Committee. He also serves on the Executive Committee as the Vice Chair of Governmental Affairs. Kevin Silva is Senior Vice President of Administration for The Warrell Corporation, best known for manufacturing Pennsylvania Dutch Candies. A central PA resident for 15 years, Kevin enjoys, "...the area’s quality of life, which includes quality schools, low crime, minimal traffic congestion, and good, honest, hardworking neighbors.” Kevin’s community service affiliations include South Central Workforce Investment Board and Carlisle Area Health and Wellness Foundation Finance Committee. For Kevin, the Chamber is “...a respected organization that is an effective way of communicating our shared goals for this region.” Kevin earned a B.A. in Economics from Gettysburg College.
